Dong-gyu has the job of raising elephants at a zoo. He also has a beautiful girlfriend, Yoo-ri, whom he plans to marry. However, Yoo-ri's parents object so strongly to the proposed marriage that the couple is forced to break up and Dong-gyu's happy life is over. As he slips deeper into depression and gloom, his father tries desperately to find a way to help his son recover his former love of life.
